      • How do you pronounce Worcestershire?

      • When will my order ship?

      The shipping time for your order depends on the product’s status: "In Stock," "Made to Order," or "Pre-Order." Each product will be clearly labeled. Here’s how shipping works for each category:

        • "In Stock" Items: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed as soon as possible, no later than Monday.

        • "Made to Order" Items: These products are processed for production after your order is placed. Once manufacturing is complete, your order will be shipped. Estimated production times can be found on the product page

        • "Pre-Order" Items: These products may have a window to accept pre-orders. After this period, the item will go into production. Once we receive the finished product, it will be shipped. Estimated timelines are provided on the product page.

      If you order a mix of "In Stock" and "Pre-Order" or "Made to Order" items, the entire order will ship when all items are ready. To receive "In Stock" items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

      • How much does shipping cost?

      It's free if the order total is over $55!  But otherwise, the easiest way to calculate your shipping costs is by going through the checkout process. We calculate shipping based on weight and the shipping destination.

       

      • Do you do custom graphic design?

      Yes, we are open to doing design work for you or your business.  Please send us an e-mail at hello@litriver.com with your project details or ideas.

       

      • Can I return my purchase for a different size?

      As long as your item has not been used, worn or washed and is in the same new condition as it was received, you can return the item for a refund. As all our items are made in limited quantities we can't always do size exchanges as the quantities may no longer exist. Please take notice of our sizing guides for the best fit.

       

      • Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

      Nope

       

      • How will I know you received my order and when will payment be deducted?

      Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email confirming that your order has been received by Lit River. Payment will be collected at the time of purchase.

       

      • Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

      Refunds are looked at on a case-by-case basis. If it's our fault, we will do everything we can to fix the issue to your satisfaction. In some cases we can only refund the value of the item purchased and not the cost of shipping.
